Ombeline GILLE - Audencia Grande École (2021)
La Cuisine de Jeannette is an authentic, inclusive and sustainable cannery project. Its mission is to help show that vulnerability, and more specifically disability, has a role to play in food transition. To do this, we collect downgraded, non-standard fruit and vegetables from local wholesalers and market gardeners and transform them into shelf-stable products such as fruit purées and jams. All our products are designed, produced and sold together with people with disabilities.

HEXAFRESH is the new personal climate control technology device that cools , purifies, dehumidifies and refreshes a specific zone. It’s portable, doesn’t need any drainage or water refilling and uses an ecofriendly-GreenTech cooling technology. Furthermore, Our personalized AC unit covers a specific 1.8m^3 spherical volume and requires 85% less Elect-consumption compared to conventional ACs.

We have created a system, linked to the government-issued driver’s licence, that allows the vehicle to be controlled very easily if an unauthorised driver is identified by the system. This system is designed in such a way that it can control the operation of the vehicle without harming the powertrain, passengers and other pedestrians and moving vehicles.

This project is in direct heritage of the “cultural democratization” desired by André Malraux. C’artes en main aims to enable children to discover art from an early age. The aim of this project is to discover the codes of art that influence us (in advertising, in pictorial works, in novels) in order to better understand the meaning of symbols in history and art.

We are working to support the agricultural transition and give power back to farmers: thanks to scalable, modular and open source equipment, a farmer can create his own equipment, find inspiration in the community and save up to 60% on his machines.
