Audace Contest 2024: Presentation

In a nutshell

- 1 April 2024: Closing of applications (originally scheduled for March 21)
- 17 April 2024: Opening of the online public vote
- 13 May 2024: Closing of the online public vote

01.What is the Audace contest?
It is sponsored by personalities whose identity will be revealed during the application phase. Stay tuned!
02.Who can participate?
Your project can be led by a team (some members may be external to Audencia), but the person who is leading the application for the Audace Contest must be from the Audencia community, either a student or an alumni.

04.What are the prizes?
3 Jury's Prizes (1 in each category)
This prize includes for each winning project:
- A financial prize of €2000
- 1 year of coaching and support from Audencia and the Incubator Centrale-Audencia-Ensa teams
- 10 hours of expertise
- Tickets to entrepreneurial events
- Promotion of the project through Audencia's communication channels and exposure to our partners
1 Public's Choice Award (Prix Coup de Cœur du Public)
This prize includes for the winning project:
- A financial award of €1500
- 6 months of coaching and support from Audencia and the Incubator Centrale-Audencia-Ensa teams
- 5 hours of expertise
- Tickets to entrepreneurial events
- Promotion of the project through Audencia's communication channels and exposure to our partners
05.On what criteria will the projects be evaluated?
- Economic and financial coherence of the project, according to the technical, financial and commercial criteria defined in the competition application file,
- Quality of the product, process or service,
- Motivation to create a company,
- Appreciation of the impact dimension as a minimum (mandatory criterion for the impact category),
- Potential for activity.

The selection will be made during April-May 2024, by a jury meeting in committee and constituted for each category under the aegis of a sponsor and a co-organiser.

Zoom surPublic’s Choice Award (“Prix Coup de Cœur du Public”)
Phase 1: Online voting - from April 17 to May 13, 2024
For each category, the candidates' presentation videos will be published online on the audace.audencia.com website.
The public will be able to vote to support their favourite project in each of the 3 categories.
At the end of this online voting period, the 2 projects with the most votes in each category will be selected to participate in a pitch competition during the awards event, live and in front of the public.
Phase 2: Pitch Competition - 22 May 2024
On the day of the awards ceremony, the six (6) shortlisted projects will have 3 minutes to pitch their project in front of the audience, without presentation material.
→ At the end of all the pitches, the audience will vote live to elect the winner of the Public's Favourite Award.

For whom?
- Audencia Students
Criteria
- Project carried out in parallel with your studies
- Project stage or business created less than 6 months ago - i.e. product/service concept formalised, and business concept imagined, formalised by a Pitch Deck Project

For whom?
- Audencia Students
Criteria
- The project is in line with one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aims to have an impact
- Project stage or business created less than 6 months ago - i.e. formalized product/service concept, and imagined business concept, formalized by a Pitch Deck Project that addresses the impact dimension

Video
The video will be necessary to engage the public on the People's Choice Award ("Prix Coup de Cœur") voting phase. The video must be 1 minute 30 seconds maximum and should address the following 3 points as a priority:

Alumni Category
For whom?
- Audencia Alumni (less than 5 years)
Criteria
- Career reorientation or project created on leaving school
- Tested project or company created.
Pitch deck
Investor-type deck taking into account the points of the other categories with the addition of a focus on : - visual displays and customer testimonials - commercial traction - relevance of the business model (KPIs) - roadmap and timeframe of the fundraising - financing needs and proposed use of funds
